Hall Bookings

Are you planning a community meeting or event? If you are a community league member and the meeting is something that will benefit the community, you may be able to book the gym or boardroom for free. A planning meeting for a new community organization is one example of this type of meeting.

As well, if you are a non-profit or charitable group looking for regular space for your group to meet or carry out activities, we may have space available, depending on your program and your needs.

The hall can also be rented for paid bookings/functions during the week or weekend, depending on the usage schedule at the hall.

Hall Information

Yellowbird Community League Hall holds 150 people seated, 170 standing reception only.

Weekend rental cost per day is $300 non member, $250 members, conference room rental $50 per day, deposit is the equal to your hall rental with refund if no damages within two week approx.

Payment for rental is at time of reservation or full payment is minimum 1 month before rental date.

Kitchen is equipped with stove, commercial dishwasher, fridge, and two stoves. We also supply dinner plates, knives, forks, cups and all glassware. The bar is fully stocked with glasses, pitchers, small freezer, wine cooler etc.

Hall patrons are expected to clear out their large articles after celebrations. Other cleaning such as floors will be done by us.
